A $60 diagnostic pins down the real fault. It's waived when you approve the repair, and the estimate stays valid for 7 days.

You approve, we fix
No paid work starts without your approval. Most repairs finish in 2–4 business days; motherboard work takes 3–7.

Tested & returned
We test everything, then hand it back or ship it home free. Completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.
